Michael E. Kinder michael@kinderco-inc.com
Michael
left the family business in 1998 to start KinderCo, Inc. to service only the
insurance, transportation and heavy equipment industries. At KinderCo, Michael
and his staff offer complete adjusting and appraisal services, as well as
surveys of cargo losses. Over the years KinderCo has developed an very good
list of cargo salvage buyers in order to get the best return on these claims.
Michael is a member of the National Truck and Heavy Equipment Claims
Council since 1983. He has served as the Secretary of the NTHECC on two
occasions, and is currently Secretary of the Towing Committee of the National
Truck and Heavy Equipment Claims Council. Michael also has served and currently
serves on several committees in order to better the organization. He is also a
member of the American Association of Managing General Agents, AAMGA.
Michael and Joanie are the proud parents of their son, James an Eagle
Boy Scout. Michael is an Assistant Boy Scout Leader for the local Boy Scout
troop, and enjoys Skeet / Trap / Sporting Clay shooting, bird hunting and
fishing. Michael is a proud member of Millersville Lodge # 126 of the Free and
Accepted Masons, and was Worshipful Master of the Millersville Lodge for 2002.
Currently he serves as a Trustee of the Millersville Lodge Temple.

Joanie Kinder joanie@kinderco-inc.com
Joanie
graduated from University of Evansville with Bachelors Degrees in Marketing and
Finance, and is Chief Financial Officer for KinderCo. She worked in Retail
Merchandising as a Buyer for William H. Blocks an Indianapolis department store
chain for 9 years prior to their purchase by Federated Dry Goods (Lazarus
Department Stores) and then managed and bought for a smaller specialty store in
Zionsville, Indiana until she purchased the 32-employee company in 1988. After
marrying Michael in 1990, the decision to raise a family became the new priority
having their son, James, in 1991. In 1995, she accepted a position with a health
insurance TPA as the Executive Coordinator to the President and CEO tracking
production, profits and projecting claims from the Team Vice Presidents and
coordinating information for monthly monitoring.
She and Michael started KinderCo, Inc. in 1998. She was Den Mother for
their sons Cub Scout den from Tiger through Webelo II, and now has been
shuttling him from Troop meetings and outings through his Tenderfoot to his now
Eagle Boy Scout. She has become an avid ice Hockey fan driving James to
practices and games and keeps warm cheering him on! When James and Michael shoot
skeet and trap, she has become their trapper (puller). She stops at the actual
hunting as the rule you kill it, you clean it, you eat it was her idea. She does
enjoy eating the duck, pheasant, quail and goose they bring home and Michael so
superbly cooks. Just keeping up with James and Michaels Hockey, Scouting and
hunting commitments is an organizational challenge.
Joanie is an Advanced Certified Master Gardener and enjoys spending
time working with several volunteer groups in Indianapolis and Carmel. She and
their son, James, are also Karate students. Joanie currently has earned her Sho
Don No rank along with James.

Dale Shoemaker dale@kinderco-inc.com
Dale
joined KinderCo in 2001 as an appraiser and apprentice adjuster. After
graduating from Penn High School in Mishawaka, Indiana, Dale went to work for
LTV Aerospace and Defense building military and government vehicles. He was
part of the start-up crew for the Hummer.
After 13 years with LTV, Dale went to work for Equipment Services
Division, City of South Bend as a machinist/fabricator and paint technician,
maintaining the police and fire vehicles.
Later, Dale worked for a Kenworth dealership as a Heavy Wreck
Re-builder. He was promoted to Body Shop Manager and was the Eastern Regional
Representative for Kenworth Truck Company on the Body Shop Council.
Dale holds the following certifications: ASE Master Technician, ASE
Master Body and Paint Technician, and DuPonts Commercial Refinishing
Certification. Dale is also certified from Mitchell International.
Dale enjoys Nascar races in his spare time, and is the father of three
children. With Dales body shop experience, he is a valuable asset to KinderCo.

Ande Possman ande@kinderco-inc.com
Ande
graduated from Indiana Academy High School in 1989. Before joining KinderCo in
1999, Ande worked for a local Ford dealership in the service department as a
service writer for two years. For the next six years, Ande worked for a local
adjusting firm, gaining invaluable experience handling liability, bodily injury,
cargo loss, and property damage claims, as well as auto appraisals.
Ande
joined KinderCo in 1999 and is an apprentice heavy-equipment claims adjuster and
appraiser. With his experience, Ande is a valuable asset to our company. In his
free time, Ande enjoys sprint car racing, golfing, and riding his
Harley-Davidson. Ande can often be seen on weekends at local sprint car tracks,
or on the golf course.

Sherrie
is a 1970 Carmel High School graduate. Further studies included: a completed
course in Key Punch Maricopa College, Phoenix, Arizona, passed the Indiana
School of Real Estate test, holds a Nail Technician License from Albuquerque,
New Mexico.
Sherrie and her husband, Terry just transferred back to
Indiana from living in Albuquerque for almost 9 years. Their daughter, Shelley,
age 24 who is a nurse in the Mother/Baby Unit at Presbyterian Hospital and
son-in-law Scott Romero still reside there. They also have a son, Jeffrey, age
32, resides in Pittsburgh, PA. He is a Personal Trainer, Cardio Rehab, and
Nutritionist/Dietitian. Sherrie and Terry will celebrate their 33rd wedding
anniversary on September 1, 2006.
She enjoys flower gardening, scrap
booking, knitting and reading in her new home here in Carmel. Sherrie is the
newest member of the team who LOVES working for KinderCo and is extremely
thankful that everyone is so helpful, has the PATIENCE of JOB, and are a fun
group to be around.

Sandy
is a recent graduate of Indiana Wesleyan Masters program with an MS in Business
Management. She also teaches spiritual growth and human potential workshops and
is finishing a book on the spiritual aspects of everyday life.
Her
outside activities include traveling, gardening, reading, writing, decorative
painting and just completed an advanced class in airbrush techniques. Her
travels have taken her to various parts of the globe; the farthest point to date
is north of the Arctic Circle to Lapland-Kittila, Finland.
She has just remodeled her home and her friends consider her a
frustrated carpenter! She is now on the lookout for another project! She has
two cats, The Girls named Shadow and MeToo, who let her live in the house with
them.
She is enjoying working with the KinderCo family and appreciates
the teaming attitude.
